This is a selection of recordings of some of my original compositions.

Magic – a song about the sense of feeling an invisible connecting between the living and the dead, within space and time, between two worlds.

Words are from a poem by Kate Amphlett, written for our family after the birth of our first child. This vocal composition was written in 2010.

Troubled Lands

Troubled Lands is a song for peace – a reflection of the global troubles and suffering going on caused by war and conflict. It was written in 2007 but is still as relevant today as it was then.

Oshima & The Big Sea

This song was a commission for Angel Heart Theatre’s production of their original story and children’s show, Oshima & The Big Sea, which I performed in as a puppeteer, singer and musician.

Old Man Of The Moor

The words are from an extract of Alice Oswalds poem ‘Dart’, which follows the River Dart from source to sea. This choral composition was commissioned by Global Harmony for their performance of ‘Dart’ (in song and spoken word) in The Great Hall at Dartington, in 2010.

Here it is sung by my two Community Choirs at Bristol Community Choir Convention in St. George’s, Bristol, in 2019.
