Would you like to sing in a community choir?
Singing in harmony with others is becoming more and more popular and community choirs are thriving. We are “…rising up like a dawn chorus, shaping the landscape with song…”. If you would you like to be a part of this growing song-line, come and join our song!
Sophie leads the following weekly Community Choirs…
- Painswick Community Choir – 7.00pm – 8.30pm – Monday evenings, Painswick.
- Corinium Community Choir – 7.30pm – 9.00pm – Wednesday evenings, Cirencester.
VARADO – Klidis Simgera – Song of Rock. From Abkhazia. Sung by Sophie’s 2 Community Choirs at Stroud Community Choir Gathering in 2016.
Sophie is a member of the NVN – Natural Voice Network – and believes in the principle that singing is for everyone – if you have a voice, you can sing. A ‘natural voice’ is the one you were born with – unique and ready to be sung.
“I believe that singing with others is good for the heart, body and soul and can leave you feeling uplifted and energised. Being part of a community choir is a hugely rewarding and fun social experience.” ♫ ♩ ♬ ♪ ♫ ♩ ♬ ♪
